Designing Homes of Distinction since 2003

Teesdale House

Teesdale House is a contemporary SIPs constructed rural dwelling defined by simple forms, restrained materials, and a strong relationship to the surrounding landscape. The design is composed as a series of connected pavilion volumes, allowing the home to respond to orientation, views, and climate while maintaining a clear architectural language.

Externally, the material palette is deliberately muted, enabling the building to sit quietly within its open setting. Internally, spaces are arranged to balance openness with privacy, supporting both daily living and long-term adaptability. The project reflects a focus on clarity of planning, buildability, and enduring design outcomes rather than stylistic excess.
